What was Mo's plan?
"We will need a parrot," said Mo, "and two alarm clocks."
"We will need roller skates, one lion and one rhino."
"We will need six of the strongest zebras, a cart for Lucy and three brave little zebras," said Mo.
Zebras are not very good at making things.
"Who can help us to make some of these things?" asked George.
"We need Zed," said Mo.
Who is Zed?
He is just a tortoise, but he is also a great inventor.
Mo asked Zed to help. Zed was very happy to help Roy and George.
"Bring me wood and bring me scrap," said Zed.
Zed started to work on Mo's plan.
He worked all day and he worked all night.
"Ta da!" said Zed, "I have made two alarm clocks."
"I have made them the same," said Zed.
"When they both ring like this, Lucy will know the escape has begun," said Zed.
"We must take one clock to Lucy now," said Roy.
"But how?" everyone asked. Mo knew how.
